Text
True Type Fonts to Embroidery
If your customer’s logo uses a TTF font then it can be automatically converted to embroidery.

Create lettering down to 4mm using specially digitised small fonts.

Built in intelligence
How many hours have you spent moving letters left and right so they sit just right? Wilcom remembers how you like the letters to be positioned so you never have to do it again. This feature is called Update Kerning Values.

Ever had a font that needs modifying? Select the letter using the reshape tool and modify the outline. Save the changes under a new name and it will be available to use in the future. This feature is called User Refined Lettering.
Monogramming
​
Personalisation is big business but one-off items can be time consuming to set-up. With the monogramming tool you can create layouts and save them as templates to use again.
​
The templates consist of words or initials that fit into shapes like arcs and diamonds. You can add decorative elements like motifs and borders and specify where they are positioned around the text.

All a customer needs to do is pick a template and tell you their words. You open it up, type in the text and you’re ready to sew.
Team names
The Wilcom Team Names function will speed up the way you embroider individual names by 100%, this is how it’s done.

Ask your customer to provide names as an excel or text document. This will ensure there are no spelling mistakes and you can import them straight into the Team Name interface.

Click once to sort them into alphabetical order and generate the stitches.

The names become stacked on top of each other and can be outputted in various ways to suit your embroidery machine configuration:

Multi-Head machines can stitch all the main logos at once followed by the names one at a time.
-
Multi-Head + Single Head machines can stitch the main logo on the Multi-Head then swap to the Single Head to sew the names individually.

Single Head team name files can be outputted as one file consisting of stacked names and logos or individual logos for companies who run multiple Single Heads.
